There’s time for everything, you just have to choose your priority.
After a week of being so tired, I’m finally able to go to the gym! Look at my face so happy playing!
Yes! It’s finally Rest Days! Time to recharge, to unwind, to live life, to create memories, to spend time with people who matters!
I am scheduled to camp tonight and I’m so excited! After days of feeling drained and exhausted, I finally have the energy to do other things that adds up to my energy.
Exercising may sound tiring, but if you do it the right way, you’ll get the most of it. As long as you have the power to do it, just do it. But if you’re so tired, you need sleep and long naps, then rest. Do not force anything , except of course if it’s going to make you better.
Eating vegetables like Ampalaya, is really a struggle, but it’s really healthy and helpful to my body, so I have to force myself to eat it, despite its bitterness. If you look at it, it’s real food, it’s healthy for you mind-body-soul.
Everything that you want to be successful on, needs hard work.
“The wise worked hard and earned more.” The wise will go through the process, looked foolish, belittled, misjudged, misunderstood, until she earned good results and good reputation.
Being smart is okay too, but if used inappropriately, it will bring you chaos in the long run, instead of success. So if we want long term success, not just temporary, be smart but use it wisely.
For example, we all feel tired and exhausted, sometimes super drained, but it’s normal; just make sure that you’re well. I mean well, well, well, well, you know what I mean?
Well, I’m compensating myself with too much getaways! Spoiling myself since pandemic after 3 years of resting from the world of fun and excitement! We all deserve to enjoy what we earned and worked hard for!
Going to gym is one of them! It helps me kept moving, it distresses me and it’s preparing me for the BIG Day ahead! It’s like everything that we do now is preparing us for tomorrow, and if you’re not doing your responsibilities then you’ll end up failing your future self. At least do something little everyday until you get used to it and everything becomes easy like walking and eating as well as smiling.
I’m also a beginner, I always am. Look at her cycling:
I thought that going to gym was weird and that I would be discriminated because I am so little and petite, why would I still go to gym? It’s all just in my thoughts; of course, it’s up to me! Besides, I’m having fun, specially when I dance, Zumba.
It helped me feel happy and free. Zumba dance was my life-saver since pandemic; where I had to walk to MTC in Tamiya just to join the free Zumba dance offered by a group of Zumba dancers. During their culmination, I even won lots of prizes and I’m still wearing their bag ’till now
This is a little embarrassing, but I’ll share it anyway. Please don’t watch it.
I liked dancing, it makes me happy! Now I know what makes me happy, “Dancing!” I also danced in my high school days and I graduated 2nd best in my school! “Oh, I’m so proud of me and I’m so thankful they were my teachers!”
It was so boring before and I wasn’t so motivated at school, but during my 2nd year in High School, I started performing, joining dances and other performances; I also started doing good with my academic performances.
This year, I joined Zumba dances with friends and it helped me decide to pursue another role in the Financial Industry. Dancing is really something and I’m so thankful for RC and EJ’s invitation. I said, “YES” and I moved back home, back to where I started; I’ll make it right this time.
Like in this thread mill, I started slow, then I maintained my pace soon as I became comfortable with it, then I raised the speed, until it’s time to rest and go home. Life is up to you, if you set a course that looked so impossible to achieve but others did it anyway, then do it. Your mind, body and soul will adjust to your needs.
