It is now 1st of August and I can’t wait to run through cclex gain twice this august. I did it twice in July, once in June and I will definitely run as much this month. I want to do it weekly but I think it’s too much for me and it wouldn’t be fun anymore if I’ll push myself harder.
Anyway, I still have to run daily inorder for me to do that. It always felt great everytime I finished a goal. Achievements really felt so good; it boost confidence and it motivates you to keep doing what needs to be done. I also won’t forget to rest because it’s necessary.
Sometimes, being lazy will help us want to do more of those things that kept us productive and happy. I started August with laziness though but not totally simply because I am still writing, cleaning and washing clothes; isn’t that also part of being productive?
Doing little things that’s relaxing also helps in being in the moment. When you surrender and you stop fighting, you learn to let go of the things, anything that bothers you; that’s when you feel at ease and safe. When you’re relaxed, you can do great things, achieve your other goals and feel happy.
Solo Run, not only strengthen your positive thinking skill, it will also helps you focus. You will learn how to be quiet, to just keep going, to listen to yourself and have fun alone. It sounds crazy but when you’re alone, there would be no destruction; you don’t have to wait for anybody to catch up; you’re not in competition with anyone but yourself.
In my 3rd and 4th times running through cclex bridge, I was solo. On my way back I would always beat teams who started earlier than me. Last time, I conquered almost 9 groups. I am proud of me and I want to always do. It’s so beautiful to run on your own, it’s like I’m free!
I used to wonder how would it feel like to be running on my own just like those I have seen running on their own while I was with someone; then I finally did it myself. I want to go on my 3rd solo run, it just felt so good. Right now, I’m still relaxing; doing the things I have not done for quite awhile like writing, walking on my way to church (staying there for hours).
Sharing the photos I took while on the run! This includes Mactan New Bridge Photos (where I train almost daily if possible). Actually nevermind. It’s on TikTok. I’ll just write down the benefits of running solo:
- Focus
- finish early
- no competition
- no rush/pressure
- you’re on your own kid!
