How to be resilient in stressful situation

Today, I was lost; well, I feel like I was lost, I couldn’t find my team anywhere. I kept on going back and forth; I think the people there were wondering. I’m so sorry, but I have totally lost them.

I walked away because I got disappointed and I lost my focus; it’s hard to accept but I know I can move on; but the lesson there is, know where you came from and be familiar with your surroundings, so that when you return, you know where to look for them. Be ready with all your heart and soul and be present.

Also, remember that when you’re on break, be on break; because if you’re not, you’ll go crazy; so be careful between learning the lesson from recalling the wrong thing that you did and how you react to the situation negatively.

Instead, think about what you could have done better, without blaming yourself or others. In other words, accept what happened and formulate a new and better approach should that situation happen again.

So, relax and let go; let the lesson come to you, let yourself process while doing something else that makes you happy and relax; do not be so hard on yourself. You’ll get there someday. Just be patient.
