The pandemic brought a lot of change in my lifestyle. I learned how to utilize TikTok to overcome boredom, sing along at StarMaker and even write a blog (of course for personal use) mostly for therapy.
There are only three groups of people you’ll meet in this world; I am 28 and I have not ventured far, just around the nearby islands; so based on my personal experience, I would say that, Group 1 will uplift you, support you, nurture you and help you give birth of the most precious you everytime.
Group 2 will discourage you, will show you the worst of life and will take away the good beliefs that you have for yourself until you’ll slowly become like them. Same psychology with Group 1; only that, they made you become even more successful. Group 3 are the undecided, they don’t care, unintentional; in short they are strangers whom you just can’t connect with.
Nothing in this world is coincidence. Everybody meets for a reason, and even becomes closer for a reason; some goes, some stays. But for those who have left, hurt you, and broke you; they have taught you a lesson to become wiser next time. You can’t identify white from black if you haven’t seen and felt what black is.
So either it was intentional or not, the universe is always teaching us a lesson; and as we grow older, we became wiser. But those who are in denial, about the truth, they remained stuck repeating the same mistake over and over again; until one day, they realized “it’s time for a change” something different from what you used to be.
By that time, you’ll meet new people; you’ll get to know them and learn from them; same pattern goes, you get to meet them, they goes, or you have to go because it’s time for a change, and it’s time for you to grow. Nothing is constant except the lessons it taught you. The more you break, the more you learn; but after trying a different direction as you moved your wheel to the other side of your world, you’ll experience something you have only dreamed before; that’s when you realized, I have been scared that whole life, and for what? It doesn’t change anything.
Trying something new is really stressing and at the same time exciting. Sometimes mentally draining, that can lead to emotional problems which makes so many people lost their lives, their way, their goals, etc. It must not happen, but it does; so instead, take it as an emotional training. The more you get exposed to it, the more you get used to it, the better you will become at dealing with it. Until it will no longer affect you.
The overthinking causes anxieties. We are creating those anxieties because we overthink the situation causing us emotional problems; it’s not even real, it’s just a thought based on the past that will not happen again. The past isn’t coming back; what happened before doesn’t have to happen to you now, because you have learned it already; but if in case you are being tested by time, then it’s up to you to fool yourself or believe in yourself, the truth about the truth.
Other’s problem isn’t your problem, not at all; do it for yourself, not for them. “Excuse me?” Find your personal “Why” and do it because you have a “Why” reason to do it. Impressing others is a waste of time; impress yourself and you’ll feel delighted, except that’s the weirdest thing to do. We usually live for others not for ourselves because we see him/her struggling and not us. They are only the reflection of you, so choose yourself.
