Nothing is permanent, nothing. So if you’re stressed right now, remember that it’s only for that time period. What’s next after that, is up to you.
For that period you have no control, but after that, you gain back all your controls and it’s up to you to stay in the thoughts that happened hours ago or you’ll enjoy what you have now.
Life is a balance, it is! There is always morning after every dark nights. You will never appreciate light if you stay there long enough, you’d be dead. So remember to love the dark but keep it open to allow the light.
Remember, nothing is permanent. Everything has to change to remain fresh. Even you need to change clothes to keep you sane. Even thoughts must be changed in order to be updated.
The past cannot be trusted, it can be changed NOW. It may not be easy, but everything can be done intentionally. So keep an open mind, not all people are stupid, some are born smart: They changes every after lesson learned.
