#1 When you express, you feel good; but when you impress, you feel drained.
#2 When you express, you feel the light; but when you impress, you feel dark and heavy.
#3 When you express, you are in control, but when you impress someone’s in control.
Okay guys, that’s it. Lesson learned.
Sometimes, it’s hard to disappoint people, specially those you know, but you have to choose your self; it’s really okay to say NO. If they won’t accept you for that, then you deserve better people, let them go.
If you impress them, you let your self suffer, and that’s not love; it only means, you choose others over you. You know yourself better than them, so listen to your self. Maybe not the critic but the one who knows your wants.
Some people thinks they knew you, they guess but it’s up to you to dissappoint them of the truth or impress them with lies and fake acts. Be true to yourself because if you’re not, then you’re allowing them to manipulate you and dictate you like a puppet.
Except work, yes you can follow instructions, but your personal life choices? Don’t let fear take a hold of you because in the end of the day, they’re not your personal life, you know what I mean?
