When a thought came to mind, due to a trigger triggered by a voice or someone in the past that’s talking to you, shift it, just recognize reality.
I know you felt like you can’t stop it, it is just kept on repeating, and it’s already so frustrating, but you can shift your thought, just breath with it.
Get on your knees, decide what to think, it’s safe to choose yourself, you own it, it’s okay to choose the best thoughts, get into your schedule, do something today that will make your day, these destructions just needed special attentions because they got crazy minds there’s nothing you can do about it.
You have to accept that these crazy minds is put of my control, that way I can move on. No one could change them because there is a thinking mind behind each of them.
The only way you can move on with your life is to actually accept that they’re crazy and there’s nothing you can do about them even if it will put you to shame just let them do it let’s see their faces in the end.
If it really frustrates you just wait for them to come out from their crazy minds and let see how they react about themselves.
