Calm

I am scrolling at my Facebook page and I saw a post of a young friend. She posted, “Climb up to calm down.”

Isn’t that awesome? It’s truth indeed. Oh well, the other message is.. If you want to calm down, climb up.

She was mountain climbing with a team of climbers at the province. Oh I’m so inspired. I love how her parents allowed her to go out there and explore.

Although I have no one to say NO to me, I still act like somebody care and would say NO to me every time I would ask something like going out etc.

Truth is, nobody cares, I just want to think like someone care. That sounds pathetic, but it was my reality since before I decided to face the truth and keep my eyes open.

Drama, just to have somebody even if I didn’t have any. It worked for awhile, but sadness never lies. It’s killing me softly like hell.

So that’s why, I decided to face the truth. My abandonment issues, lies, betrayals, lack of money to support my needs. Lack of emotional support from family. Etc.

Then, look! I am getting happier each day. Living in the truth really sets someone free. No more fear of being caught lying about your identity because you’ve already shared it anyway.

No need to hide. No need to be scared because they’ve already seen the truth bout you. No need to worry about what others will think about you because they’ve already said it right in front of you.

There’s only one thing you need to prepare before doing this, and that is.. How will you handle it when it happens. That’s when “Calm Down” gets in the way, to help you.

Go walk, go talk, go climb, like nobody cares, because the truth is, no one cares about your truth, they hardly even know their own truth, they’re just guessing or acting.

If you want to calm down, then move up, go up to the top, the air is fresher up there. Few people to compete with. They may even stopped competing once they’ve reach the top, because they became teamates instead.

If you want to be in peace, climb up where nobody dares to climb. Walk to places nobody wants to walk alone. Just do it. Believe it or not, the right people walks the other way and indeed up discovering something new.
