Looking back, a month ago; when I ran 10km and I ended up doing it alone because my colleague run for 21km. We met up on her way back. I was happy, atleast we’ve met.
But this time, during the kadaugan; I thought I will be on my own again; I kept going, and to my surprise, she’s as faster as I thought she was. We did it to the finish line and that’s all they matters.

This is my 4th run and I’m so blessed I returned home safe. Never ever let the fear of others influence you to stop believing in your self and what you can do!
You know yourself better than them. You know how to handle your self. You can do this! Believe in yourself and be strong for you and the people who cares for you.

My happy face with her 4th medal. I am proud of this little heart. She had fun. Remember that every goal you set is achievable. You’re not running a race, you’re running a marathon. It is up to you when to succeed. It is up to you when to be recognized.
You can do it too! Just do it slow. We noticed that there’s a guy who participated in that funrun, wearing gray shirt, navy bag and a gray shirt; his pace was slow but consistent. It made him finish the marathon earlier than us.

I was assisted by this pro; she taught me about pacing. How to push slowly but make your foot steps longer. I was able to save time. I thought I can do it for 6 minutes, I did it for 1 minute.
In a run, patience is really something that you will develop. Also, a mindset that you can. An attitude of having fun and just really keep going slowly but consistently.
