Keeping yourself sane

I had so much triggers when it comes to self pity.

People ignoring me, so I learned to observe them.

People judging me based on my family history, so I learned to make things right. Not to prove them wrong, but to show them that I am one of the 1% type of people who seek for change rather than following what’s not right.

Psychology maybe 99% right, but I chose to be different. There’s another group of 1% to complete your world. 99% is incomplete, 1% completes them. I want to be one of 1%. I will complete your thoughts and complete You.

So, if 1 if the 99% of them rejects you, move on, improve yourself, not to get them but to succeed with the next person you’ll get in touch with. Sadly, life is about accepting, learning, applying, until you become unconsciously competent.

Keep learning a new approach. Whenever you feel like chasing them, keep your distant; you must relax and focus where you’re going. You have different destinations, different walks in life, and different goals, etc.

Keep on moving. It’s okay to feel numb, rejected, abandoned, judged, misunderstood, etc. Please include the pain, the shame, the laughter, the fun. Please don’t stop making fun of yourself when you stumble, when you crumble. Be kind to yourself, because if you don’t, you’ll never feel kindness. Feel it, then do it.
