I used to care about other people’s feelings. I’m not doing what makes me happy because others will get jealous or sad about it. I was living under someone else’s shadow. I could have done so many before if only I have trusted myself a little more.
There’s always fear in every heights that you must climb. Sometimes, you’ll have to take it solo because if you won’t, you’ll never be able to achieve your dreams. If you base your decisions on others judgment, you’ll never be able to grow.
The society maybe against you, your family, friends, neighbors, etc. and they might stop you from doing things that makes you happy because they simply cannot do what you can. So just do it, on your own; simply because you can.
Today, I watched a movie “Hunger Games!” It was an awesome movie. I can afford so why not gave it to me NOW! I paid not of the movie but the experience and the convenience. Eating popcorn and fries helped me relaxed, so it also helped me analyze things properly.
Here’s the message I got from that movie:
The whole point is, “It’s not about you, it’s all about me. In the end, when you became a threat to me, I’ll kick you out of my way.” So it was all just a strategy to win the trust and make them do it! Taking risks is part of winning. The consequences can be dealt later on 😁 and it’s often doable, it will even make one stronger.
Therefore if you want to win, take risks and accept the consequences. If you let your fear dictate your mind, it will freeze you! Fear is normal, it’s like a checkpoint for you to review if there is real danger ahead and if you’re ready for it; just get through the checkpoint process, check your resources and keep moving.
Trust your instincts and just keep going. Do not let the fear of others stop you. You know yourself better than them; forgive them for they do not know you and they simply care based on the threats they can see for themselves. Once again, “It’s not about you, it’s about me.” Remember that, and you’ll be free.
