This or that (take what resonates)

This feeling that comes from the past, or that feeling that comes from now.

Spotting the difference in this darker times really help everyone survive.

I am happy now because I choose that thought outside of this box.

I know where this thoughts come from, it’s from the old me I used to be.

But I know this beautiful technique now, getting outside of this box.

Thinking of going outside and people outside makes me happy.

If the outside sucks, then that other memory will help me get unstuck.

The morning goes to nothing without exercising, so it’s time to do that, it’s time to perform that.

It’s time to drink that coffee, it’s time to thank that I am okay today.

This woman look at me illy. But that beautiful light outside told me I am all right and I am all fine.

I am just so unlucky to have this woman within me, I must switch this thought to that better one.

I will always remember to look the other side of the box, instead of just focusing on the outside without really moving.

I give myself permission to look at things side to side, it’s how I open up myself to that better future.

I thank the Lord, I am blessed with that job.

I thank the lord, I am blessed with that ability to stay happy.

I thank the Lord for this new hobby, to keep on dancing in the morning after waking up.

I will start my day with that smile like that in my picture that looked so lucky, like super lucky.

From deep within, I will look side to side. I will look at that amazing thoughts, instead of those old thoughts.
