A message from your ex: I’m not yours

Take only what resonates. Please like if you do 🤣

I’m not yours. I’m not yours. I am not yours to keep.

Nobody owns me but the one who sets me free.

I am here for fun, experiencing life without the other.

But there’s a limit for me and it’s time for me to go.

My husband is calling, the one’s setting me free.

It’s time for me to go home, thank you for letting me in.

I’m sure I wasn’t a burden, for you I’m just not good enough.

It is because only the right one can make me be at my best.

He knew what I want and he knew what I needed so he gave it.

I want to live so I must return, even if it felt a little awkward.

I have experienced enough, enough trials, enough hardships.

Now I can see clearly the difference between being in love.

Thanks for being hard on me, I get to appreciate happiness now.

I was just wandering why people act a certain way.

Now that I know, I’m ready to go. Back to my husband’s prison like arms.

But it’s the best in the world, thank you for helping me appreciate that.

It is indeed true that love is best the second time around.

Someday, someone right for you will come back too.

I won’t be selfish anymore, so I’ll just let you go.

I bless you 💖 Thank you! Regards from me to you!

Hi! I'm Roselyn! The first and only daughter of my father. He's a farmer and I am so proud of him for raising me and accepting me as his own. I believe that Broken families are meant to be broken for good. As a product, I always feel in-secured about family coz I think I don't have one and I am left alone; but the truth is, I still have them, they just went separate ways and I just have to accept that and move on. It's my only insecurity, I have no place to call my home coz my parents doesn't have one. They're broken after all. I'm going to make a family and it will start with me.
