“Seeing You Farther Looking Little: it’s not about you, it’s about me; but if you see me so little from afar, now it’s on you not about me. You’ll see what you want to see.”
Mirror Mirror, how you see them is how you see you. If you’re wondering what you might thinking when you’re on their location, think about what you’re thinking right where you are looking at them from that angle.
So far and so little, but if you get closer to it and you’ll put yourself in it, you’ll see yourself bigger with the place, and others so little from afar. Our eyes and mind can be deceived by distance but we will figure out the truth the other way. Sometimes, you just have to change your focus.
Revisited Bukidnon this year from a different perspective. First, it was to celebrate my birthday. Second, to do the things I missed on my first visit. Third, I want to experience the place from a different perspective.
On my first visit on 2024, I didn’t knew anyone; I barely knew the place, I thought maybe it’s mountainous and I was right. The photos and videos I saw on social media looks so little and I just couldn’t trust it. I want to see it for myself; I want to see the BIG picture. I had so much questions in mind but I had no one to ask and show me, so I did it myself.

Looking at the first photo, you’ll see it as plain, you can’t tell which side is heading to Cagayan, which one is heading to Impasugong Tourist Spots and which one is heading to Davao, Malaybalay, etc.
To help you with that, look straight at the first photo, now the left side is heading to Cagayan, the right side is heading to Impasugong towns. Now you might be wondering where the Davao busses is heading? It’s the same road with Cagayan Busses, they’re just going backwards if you’re heading to Cagayan.
Now if you come to think of it, the way we perceive other things naturally is based on where we are right now and our current positions, what were facing and where we’re heading. Davao passengers doesn’t look at themselves going backwards, Cagayan Passengers does; neither does Cagayan Passengers see themselves going backwards, Davao Passengers does. But that can be fixed by putting ourselves in their place. You’ll understand, we’re not heading backwards, we’re heading exactly where we’re supposed to as long as you’re in the right bus, trust it.
If you see people not going your way, it doesn’t mean they’re lost, they simply have different destination; do not force them to be with you if their goals is not same as yours. Let them go and let them be. If they rejected you, disliked you, refused you, etc.; don’t take it personally, hear their side first and find their truth, it’s not all about you. Most of the time, it’s about them and their situation.
If others think of you so little and not seeing you, it’s because you’re so far from each other. If you see someone so Big, that means you’re so close and you’re on the same place. If you see them so little it’s because you’re so far from each other, you’re definitely not on the same area. Other planets looked so little because you’re in Earth. Earth looks the same from the other planets eye view.
I realized that when I visited Bukidnon. I was at the Communal Ranch looking at “Roty Ridge Peak”, and it looked so little like there’s nobody in there, no swings, just green trees. An hour after, I was at “Roty Ridge Peak” and it looked bigger, now the communal ranch looked nothing like a simple quiet place from “Roty Peaks” eye view.
But if you look at the big picture just like Sir Charles taught me in my economics class, you’ll see a giant not a mere little Forrest. Just like seeing the universe instead of focusing on just one little star and one little earth. What you want to see is still up to you.
Always look at the big Picture and you’ll see yourself as one of earth, one of everything. Look at yourself as a part of a Bigger Plan, not outside of the Universe. You are inside, remember that. No matter how little others looked at you, it doesn’t matter, look at the BIG picture. What they see is what they are, mirror mirror. It’s not you, it’s where they’re heading, what they focus on and what they’re facing. It’s not you, it’s their situation.
