The Magnitude 6.9 Earthquake In Cebu followed by earthquakes in Indonesia, Japan, Papua New Guinea; may not seem interconnected because we’re not seeing its connection, but that doesn’t mean mean we’re not. We have to believe it in order to see it.
I believe that Scientists believed in their intuition and created technologies nonstop until their vision is proven right. They are prophets who wants to see what they believe, they want proof to show to others who only believe if they see it on their own eyes.
The other group of prophets preaches to those who doesn’t need to see it in order to believe it because they can feel it already. The group of people who can understand these prophets have developed a strong intuition, which is the ability to feel and understand energies without seeing it.
There are false prophets too, who are trying to manipulate you using fear in order for you to take action even if it’s not what you really wanted to do. Believers often fell into such prophets, they are manipulators who sees your gift and took advantage of it. Anyone who uses fear to make you follow the wrong paths are manipulating you for their own benefits while at the same time saying, “It’s not for me” even if it’s too obvious. Believers believe and often fell for it, but not all believers are fools; some are just acting fools to fool the fools.
False prophets are just like you, believers in what you tell them and took advantage of it instead of doing the right thing, they get what they deserve in the end. “Only real prophets can see the real you despite of your acts.” So don’t take advantage of other’s weakness nor judge based on what you see and hear, because it will come back to you a thousand times. You can never be wrong by being vigilant for your own sake.

Another earthquake strikes Cebu faults in the North and we all felt it. We were planning to have a meeting and boom, the unexpected happened. My brain was on a meeting mode so it doesn’t bother me at first, until the shaking strengthens. I looked around and saw my teammates hiding underneath the computer tables, confused and scared. While I was making my opening spiel until I decided to logout to also joined them.
I got alarmed of the thought that the building is new and there’s a possibility that it will collapse if it gets stronger and that’s when I started praying in silence. The swaying stopped and we slowly walked away from the station down the building using the stairs. From 6th to the ground, “We’re safe now, almost at the ground floor.” We’re finally out and I saw familiar faces which made me feel okay, I was not alone. Found my teammates and our leaders brought us to an open area in case strong earthquake will be back and two buildings in both sides of the road will collapse atleast we won’t be trap in the middle.
I got triggered but at the same time, I started healing. We have been through a lot of disasters since moving in Cebu and I thanked the LORD for keeping me and my broken family safe. Unlike staying in our little town back in Mindanao where floods are the only risk, snakes and drunk dudes. I have not experienced earthquakes back then, no tall buildings either that poses risk of collapsing. Except the fear of falling into a poop holes, and my butt being bitten by snakes, I had no other fears aside from those listed above.
The 2013 Earthquake in Cebu traumatized me and this 2025 earthquake triggered that trauma in me with same scenario, (new buildings, swaying 4th to 6th floors). The safety acts that we did this time was not done in 2013. Nobody talked about it, neither heard any of our broken family asked how I was doing after that. Neither teachers talked about it, nor classmates and friends. We’re so quite, like it never happened. Classes goes on. Unlike now, they have been opening options, “No face to face classes until buildings were fully assessed and it’s declared safe to operate.” Work from home were offered by workers as well.
Time to time, we are experiencing aftershocks; and everytime I felt that, I get triggered, wanting to run outside of the building or hide for safety. These trauma causes anxiety which made me feel unsafe and in danger in closed areas, even if the place is clearly safe. It’s the time where our faith in the Lord and in the truth is strengthen. A call to stay calm, relax, and to surrender. Anxiety is not a joke; when triggered by certain thought, it’s so hard to divert it to believe in a new positive thought. I am like my Facebook page feeding me with all earthquakes happening in the world weather AI generated or Newscasted. My brain is a computer that gives suggestions based on my thought patterns. It’s my revelation that my thoughts are powerful, it can destroy me or it can help me.
Despite those, I choose to see that the Philippines is going through big change. Corruption is being discussed and our governments being questioned on how they spend our taxes, we’re forever known to that; but this time Big Celebrities who have contributed big to the funds that feeds the Government are speaking up, and this is BIG. To question where the funds are being spent to is every tax payers right to know, because we worked hard for it; businesses and purchasers worked hard for every sales tax they paid for their bottled water, when they buy snacks, etc. So this is not just who contributed big, if you’re a buyer you have the right over the government funds. Every Filipinos have to be aware of their rights, specially the youths.
There wouldn’t be no Philippines without those little or big islands. No Philippine Government without the little or big tax payers. Philippines is just a name without its people; and without Earth, there is no People. So, Filipinos lives without Philippines, but everyone dies without Earth. If you have to choose between Philippine Government and the people, choose the people; but if you have to choose between the People vs. Earth, choose Earth not the People because People/Countries are nothing without Earth. Save Earth.

In the end, it’s not about the people in the Government, it’s the people who chose those who are in the government. It’s not just the people in the Government Nor in the Businesses who poisons Earth. Each of us did. So wake up and change yourselves! Love Earth! 🌍 Be Disciplined, char 😆 Maybe we should all start by sweeping the streets and removing all plastics in our drainage, but I’m not doing it alone, also I paid the government with my little tax, why not pressure the government paid employees do it first, let’s start with the militaries 😂 Not by force because we are your BOSS! Why don’t you become an influencer to those who are least disciplined within the Government. Show us what you have been training for, respect, discipline and leadership. Sometimes, we just need someone Strong to lead and follow. Still rooting for the People in the Islands of the Philippines! 🌍
