It’s easy to say, “Just Relax”, but making it happened is almost impossible to start with.

What if there’s something you must do in order to be in your relax mode of being?

Of course there is! The word relax is too broad for me, that’s why I created my own meaning of relax.

R for Reading

E for Exercising

L for Laughing

A for Attendance

X for Xhale

Exhaling helps you inhale more oxygen. Isn’t this right? Most especially of you do it the right way.

I have watched and read so many videos and transcripts about relaxation. Everybody taught me meditation.

Yes, it relaxes. Meditation relaxes your mind. Well, it should be if you do it the right way.

What if there’s another way to Meditate? I did my own definition of meditation.

M for mindfulness

E for Exercise

D for Dancing

T for Timing

A for Acceptance

T for Thankfulness

I for Interlude

O for Openness

N for Kneeling

Alright. Kneeling is praying. When you kneel, it’s automatically praying. It’s automatically thanking.

I was forced to kneel in a rock so that I will remember how to say thank you the ideal way.

Now, everytime I have little achievements, I will go to church and kneel to say thank you.

I kneel for the following reasons:

K for knowledge

N for never ending success

E for excitement and excellence

E for Expansion

L for the love and laughter.

Laughing is a very good therapy that other people think as craziness. But it’s quite the opposite.

The only way you become crazy is when you stop laughing and thanking, specially if you’re not smiling.

People with mental health illness doesn’t smile, they’re full of anger, resentments, blame, insecurities, hatred, shame most especially.

Release it all. Be crazy. It only means..

C for cheerfulness

R for readiness

A for accelarates

Z for Zoy

Y for Yazzz

Oh aha, you know what I mean.

Be happy already. Why put yourself to test. Let others test you, help your self get through it instead.

Remember to release everyday. Remember these..

Accept excellence. If it’s meant for you, accept it because you deserve it.

Prepare for your goals, let go of the worst. Because what you prepare for will eventually come to you in no time.

Hi! I'm Roselyn! The first and only daughter of my father. He's a farmer and I am so proud of him for raising me and accepting me as his own. I believe that Broken families are meant to be broken for good. As a product, I always feel in-secured about family coz I think I don't have one and I am left alone; but the truth is, I still have them, they just went separate ways and I just have to accept that and move on. It's my only insecurity, I have no place to call my home coz my parents doesn't have one. They're broken after all. I'm going to make a family and it will start with me.
