Think what’s next, instead of what’s not

I learned so much about my life experiences, and one of the best lesson I have, is to think what’s next instead of what’s not.

Sometimes, people overthink too much. When “What’s not” is being triggered, they often gets stuck. Overthinking about the past that’s related to what’s not.

I realized, that it’s a waste of time; but how can we dictate our brains from revisiting those past experiences when triggered?

I figured out, that the easiest way to move forward and focus back to the “NOW”; in order to jump back in the present time; we must think “What’s next!”

This is where I realized, the importance of taking down list, procedures, in order not to get lost; to avoid going back to where we came from.

When you think of “what’s next”, you’ll think of something new, which brings you back to consciousness. Thinking of something new, really is helping me build resiliency.

Right now, I am on a journey; my next move must be written, so that I will not forget. I must remember, that my goal is to make my dreams come true.

What’s next for you?

For me, it’s going to be a little crazy. I’m not in a hurry. I understand, I have so much lessons to take, so much failures to make, and so much steps to take.

But what’s next for me from here, is a training I really wanted to take, to prepare me for something BIG, both inside and out. How about you?

Did you know that letting others know of your plans, can be helpful too. Some will give you good advises; others won’t be happy, but it’s none of your business.

One thing for sure, not all people wants you ill; some, wants you out to be more successful, in the field you want to be in. Sometimes, the act of others is pushing you to be in the right direction.

If it’s not working, then move forward; find your next destination. Plan your next move, because if you’re just letting others decide for you, then you’re no longer in control with your life.
