Learn to love pain until it’s no longer affecting you

Emotional pain? It’s making people go angry, crazy and make bad decisions; like hurting people and of course avoiding anything that triggers it. It puts you to fear and anxiety.

All kinds of emotions gets triggered when you’re in pain; you just can’t understand. Like love, it can’t be understood, you just knew it existed. Learning to love the pain sets you free. To love is painful, but you stay in love because if not then what are you?

Pain, when faced with acceptance and relaxation helps you stay at the present moment; it helps you stay in love, keep your self intact and never lose tract. Had I not run from pain in the past, I could have saved so much time.

But I battled with anger, blames, guilt, fear, etc. Instead of just feeling the pain and staying in love. This fear is just the fear of pain. Learning to endure it, makes you because vulnerable and brave. Feel it, relax and Don’t do anything until it subsides.

Pain really do affect everything, but not facing it will not make you any better. So, face it now ; accept what is and keep the faith.
