Today, I jogged with a friend. Thankful to finally have a jogging buddy. I hope it’s going to last longer.
Last week, I joined and became a member of “Alt Gym” for a month. I am thinking to keep on going, as long as I can afford it.
Exercising is kinda fun. It keeps you sweating and drinking water. It keeps you active and productive. I feel like am slowly beating my procrastinating behaviour.
Doing it Now and just following what needs to be done. Letting go of control and just show it instead. It’s kinda funny and at the same time very exciting.
Today is my 12th week, since I started jogging atleast once a week. I might jog 20 minutes daily, but only slow paced. But today, was the best jog ever.
I was with someone who’s really dedicated in his jogging and I got carried away. It’s my first time jogging straight for 20 minutes.
So far, so good. I also have a program that I will follow, as well as food to intake. I am now careful and always choosing healthy food over anything else.
I learned, from a friend, that if you just keep on pushing, for a little longer; even after your brain is trying to tell you to stop, your breathing will get back to normal.
It’s the same logic with free-diving. The moment you feel like wanting to breath underwater, already wanting to go up, faster; stay for atleast 3 seconds, let your body adjust with the pressure.
It also applies to any kind of goals you have right now. If you feel like quitting when you’re almost right there, keep going! You can do it! Don’t give up yet. Think of the struggles you have been through.
Remember the challenges set before you, and how were you able to handle it. Show them what you can, instead of belittling yourself because you can do more than what you think you can.
Don’t let other’s judgement stop you from doing the right thing. Let the truth come out. Let the result show and let them see the unbelievable. You deserve something better. Face the pain, and let it go!
