Understand & Accept “What is” to be Less Frustrated

Frustration is Frustrating & it’s okay to FEEL that way specially if it’s Valid. It doesn’t make you a bad person, it makes you finally becoming yourself again. It sounds cool to act cool even if there’s war within, but isn’t that psychotic?

It’s okay to feel bad about yourself specially if things are not going your way, just accept it just like how Taylor Swift accepted the other Banana she got even if she really wanted the other Banana (I saw a video of her on Jimmy Fallon’s Show, her mother took the video of her in her post nose surgery and shared it with Jimmy.) She said, “Sometimes it just doesn’t go your way.”

It’s normal to be frustrated but it’s abnormal to not accept it, it is what is; I can’t bend the spoon nor make the spoon follow me, but I can move in the direction that will give me the same result. Do not force a goat from following you, loosen their ties so they can follow, and if they don’t choose you then “Let them be.” You did your part.

Until now I’m still frustrated of that goat for not following me. It was raining and I wanted them to take shelter but I was too little and powerless, so helpless; instead of helping me, my mother yelled and said “Who asked you to do that?” I mean, no one but I just cared about the goat. I think I let the ties loosen, I hope I did. I’m always scared of animals and it’s frustrating because my parents aren’t, I hoped I would be as big as them.

Frustration is really frustrating. My parents did not tell me that I was still young and that I will be able to do it one day whenever I’m ready; there’s no acknowledgement nor assurance of what can be done in the future. Telling someone not to do it will only make them feel BAD; instead, tell them a valid reason to help them understand, and let them correct it.

Letting them do it the other way will make a difference, and assuring them that it’s okay and it’s safe will make them feel confident and guided, not forced nor dictated. I like how “Pursuit of Jade” was directed. Maybe the director allowed the actors to act on their own based I their understanding of the characters that they played and then correct their understanding of the situation if it doesn’t appear right.

It all boils down to understanding.
