Try Smiling Meditation, it’s funny

I had this idea awhile back? But I procrastinated because it sounds so weird and crazy that I didn’t even try.

But then I realized that being crazily funny is actually healthy than being crazily aggressive.

So if it makes you laugh genuinely, like it’s the funniest thing in the world, simply do it.

I find no harm in laughing, I find no harm in smiling. If being happy is a choice? Then the answer is right here.

Just smile, smile your sadness away, your worries, your anger and your disgust. It actually worked for me.

I feel happy, contented and of course a little crazy. Just make sure you’re not doing it in public though.

There’s always a right place for everything. Where everything and everyone has its own perfect place.

Like we are in a dance, we just need to follow along with the music and have fun, because it’s the right thing to do.

Smiling releases tensions, not just in the face but also in your heart. And if you can’t find a reason to smile? Simply make one.

Little things in life are the most valuable since all big things comes from them.

Little things are the foundation of something big and it’s really worth the praise. So go for it!
